Privacy Policy
Presence Studio · Onyx Leaf Media, LLC
Effective October 21, 2026
This policy explains how Presence Studio handles information when you use our Apple Vision Pro app, including development and test builds. Optional connections to YouTube, Twitch, websites, local sources, and streaming destinations are described below. Features depend on the version you use and the services you choose.
What the app processes
Your production content. With the permissions and sources you select, Presence Studio processes Persona or camera video, microphone and source audio, screen shares, imported media, logos, sounds, drawings, and scene settings. These are used to create previews, snapshots, recordings, and live output. Viewing a preview or connecting an account does not itself start a broadcast.
Connected accounts. The app receives authorization tokens and the channel information needed for the integration you approve. Sign-in takes place with the provider; Presence Studio does not receive your Google or Twitch password. Stream keys and destination addresses you supply are used to send your output to that destination.
Audience information. Connected live chat can include message text, message and author identifiers, display names, timestamps, badges, and available paid-message details such as Super Chat amounts, currency, and Super Sticker descriptions. Presence Studio does not receive viewers’ payment-card details. Selecting a message for display places its visible content into your recording or stream.
Support. If you contact us, we receive the email address, messages, and any screenshots, recordings, or diagnostic information you choose to send. Please exclude passwords, access tokens, stream keys, and unrelated personal information.
YouTube and Google
Presence Studio uses YouTube API Services. With your authorization, the app accesses channel information, broadcast and stream details, and live-chat information. It uses this access to let you select or prepare broadcasts, manage the live session you choose, read chat, and feature selected messages in your output. Google’s permission screen describes the access requested. You may use other app features without connecting YouTube.
Presence Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, unrelated profiling, or training generalized artificial-intelligence models. Transfers are limited to providing the features you request, applicable legal obligations, security, and other purposes allowed by that policy.
Google and YouTube handle information under the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Twitch, X, and other destinations
When you connect Twitch, the app uses the approved token, Twitch account and channel identifiers, and channel details to support your stream connection. Reading Twitch chat requires the relevant permission. Chat is used for the in-app audience view and messages you choose to show on screen. Twitch’s own handling is explained in its Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
If you configure X/Twitter or another compatible streaming destination, your audio, video, and necessary connection information are sent to the destination you choose. A custom stream destination is not the same as a native account or chat integration. Listing a service here does not promise that every service feature is supported. For X, see its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
A destination may store, publish, moderate, monetize, or redistribute your stream according to its rules and your account settings. Review those settings before going live. We do not control the destination’s audience, retention, or privacy practices.
Browser, web overlays, and local sources
Opening a webpage or web overlay makes requests to that site and its third-party resources. Those services can receive your IP address, request details, information you enter, and cookies or other session data. Their privacy policies apply. The built-in Browser uses a nonpersistent WebKit data store; it does not import your Safari cookies or history. Bookmarks and your selected homepage are saved locally. Address-bar searches are sent to Google. Websites opened in the app may have their own advertising, analytics, or sign-in systems.
Local-network sources, including NDI, communicate with the source you select and may use local discovery. Device and system permissions control access to available cameras, microphones, Photos, and capture sources. Third-party services and source software operate under their own policies.
Storage and sharing
The app’s production workflow runs on your device. Onyx Leaf Media does not operate a cloud library for your recordings or live chat. Imported assets and app-owned recordings are stored locally. Snapshots, exports, and recordings saved to Photos or shared elsewhere are handled by that destination; Photos may sync through your Apple settings.
Saved connection credentials and stream keys use device-only Keychain storage. Session data, including loaded chat, is held in memory. App preferences and bookmarks are stored locally. Live-chat lists are bounded, and the corresponding list and featured card are cleared when you disconnect or change the connected account or broadcast. A still Persona image remains session data unless you include it in an output or save it.
Starting a stream transmits the composition to your selected provider. Sharing an export sends it to the recipient or service you choose. A featured chat message, name, or paid-message detail becomes part of that output. Hiding the card stops future display; it does not edit frames already recorded or broadcast.
We use support information to respond and resolve requests, retaining it only as needed for those purposes, security, and applicable legal obligations. Presence Studio does not include an Onyx advertising tracker or automatic developer analytics-upload service. This does not prevent Apple, a connected platform, or a website you visit from processing data under its own policies.
Your choices and deletion
Disconnect accounts. Use the app’s Disconnect control to clear the saved connection and request revocation. You can also revoke Google access through Google’s connected-app permissions and manage other connections in the provider’s account settings. Disconnect before removing the app: uninstalling alone may not remove Keychain credentials.
Manage your media. Remove imported assets using the available app controls. Manage recordings, photos, exports, backups, and published streams where they are stored. Disconnecting an account does not delete a YouTube broadcast or a copy in Photos. Onyx cannot remotely edit or erase files held only on your device or another service. Contact us for help locating and removing app-held data. This includes recordings that contain featured chat.
Request deletion or access. Email admin@onyxleafmedia.com. For stored Google/YouTube user data held by Onyx Leaf Media, we will delete the requested data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. For device-only data, we will help you use the available deletion controls. Do not email credentials; we may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to contact your local privacy regulator.
Control permissions. Change camera, microphone, Photos, and other app permissions in device settings. Declining a permission may make the related feature unavailable. Stop capture or streaming before sharing private content from another source.
Security and website visitors
We use system permissions and protected credential storage, but no device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Keep your device protected and your stream keys private. The security of custom stream connections also depends on the protocol and destination you configure.

Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the app and integrations change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Presence Studio is not designed as a children’s service; users must meet the age and consent requirements of their device and connected platforms.
